Tried the eye lift product. Was amazed by the instant results. However after an hour when applying my makeup it basically fizzled.

Purchased collagen capsules 2500mg on their website, good price with subscription. I had previously used the same product but had purchased from a different supplier, Ideal World. Excellent results after taking for about 3 months, plumper skin and better nails. My only query was the added ingredient in the capsules, (Bulking Agent, rice flour), which I received from the protocol website. The pouches I received had a sticky label placed over the original ingredients list with the updated Bulking Agent added. Why has this been added to a capsule that has always been ‘pure’ collagen. This was not listed on their website and is misleading for those who wish not to consume bulking agents. I contacted protocol on two occasions by email and telephone and was told someone would ring or email me, this has not happened. Based on this experience, nil poi, for customer queries.

Bought the eye lift cream only to find it dried like egg white on my face I had a beautician watch the video as I thought I was using it the wrong way, but the same happened when she applied it. I sent emails to the company requesting a refund for both the opened one and one I had not opened but got no reply. I have returned both items today by registered post hopefully I will get my refund it’s just a shame no one from the company replied to my emails

After placing my order, I then requested a reduction in the quantities I had ordered within an hour of placing the order. I received an email the following day to say "that unfortunately the order could not be altered and if required I could return the additional products I did not require" at my cost. This was 30 hours before the order was even dispatched for post, why the order could not have been changed before posting is strange in my opinion.

I have never dealt with a company with such an amazing Customer Service. Olga is quick to reply and so helpful. 100% trust, which is what you want from a company. Thank you so much

Hi I do feel the benefit of taking 2500 mg of protocol in capsules for five months, but is it enough as I have been reading more about this product and it appears I am taking the lowest dose advisable as does of this supplement can be from 2500 mg to 15000 mg . help !!

I love Proto-Col product's I've been using the Complete Collagen for 14 days and the results are amazing, I feel the glow in my skin. On the whole, I love the Proto-col skincare products and have always gotten great service. I recently decided to purchase the Intense Protection Day Moisturiser SPF50+. Looking through the ingredients for collagen I was researching each one and came across, Octocrylene. While Octocrylene is considered safe it isn't a very good sunscreen. When this chemical is exposed to UV light, it absorbs the rays and produces oxygen radicals that can damage cells and cause mutations. It is readily absorbed by your skin and may accumulate within your body in measurable amounts. Plus, it can be toxic to the environment. This is not something I wish to put on my face given the risks. I placed this order on Oct 09, 2020, that hasn't been dispatched yet as part of other products I've ordered, and if I could remove it I would and ask for a refund as I won't be using it.
